I used to make comic books as a kid, but funny enough not really since. I've done many a cartoon illustration and comic strip but not a multi-page sequential story. And I've always wanted to. Having done 400 illustrations over the course of 2 volumes of our kids' chapter book series - My Best Friend Is a Secret Agent - I got the idea of doing a 10-page comic book story as a free giveaway to help promote the books.
